At Yueh’s Choice, we believe French wine is not only about famous labels or luxury estates. Behind every bottle, there is a region, a family, a landscape, and a story shaped by generations of craftsmanship.

Our selection focuses on independent winemakers from Southern France and the South-West of France, especially regions such as Gaillac and Minervois. These are territories rich in history, terroir, and authenticity, where passionate producers continue to create wines with strong regional identity and personality.

Rather than building a massive catalog, we carefully curate a smaller and more meaningful selection of wines that we genuinely enjoy and want to share in Taiwan. Every bottle available on our shop has been personally selected by us and imported directly to Taiwan through our own sourcing network.

We work closely with independent wineries that value:
